Thank you for your interest in exploring our programs at Heaven’s Gait Ranch! We are excited to have you participate in our equine assisted activities & therapeutic services, and we’d be happy to get you started!

For the safety of all participants, horses, volunteers, and staff, we ask that you complete our participant registration and release forms prior to starting lessons at HGR. Click on the link below to access the forms, print them out, and complete the packet at your convenience. (Note that we require a physician’s statement and medical release for all of our weekly participants.)

Please drop off your completed registration forms in our mailbox, email a scanned copy to info@heavensgaitranch.org, or
mail the hard copy to the following address:

Unfortunately we do not have a fax machine in the barn. We will contact you shortly after we receive all of your completed information to schedule a time to meet at HGR for a brief, 30 minute intake assessment.
