Current Staff Testimonials

“Since immigrating to Cedar Grove, working at HGR has given me a community that I wouldn’t otherwise have. I have been blessed to be employed by Heaven’s Gait Ranch since 2018. I love seeing participants reach their goals on and off the property. One of my favorite moments was lead walking for a boy who was non-verbal and hearing him speak his first word while riding Ember. That moment will always be with me.” — Maggie Robertson, Program & Volunteer Coordinator

“HGR is a program that strives for excellence in all areas of operation. Decisions are made carefully and intentionally by management, while valuing and respecting input from each team member. I am supported in my role as an instructor, and am encouraged to grow not only in my position, but as an asset to the program at large. A solid work-life balance is not only possible, but encouraged here at HGR. I am blessed to have a job where hard work can still be so much fun!” ~Monica Schaefer, PATH Intl. CTRI & Mentor
